SocialFlow integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) via the official Meta Graph API. When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we may access:

• •Your Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional / Business accounts you manage
• •Page/account profile information (name, profile picture, page category)
• •Permissions to publish content (posts, stories, reels) on your behalf
• •Post-level insights and engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach, impressions)
• •Media assets you upload through our platform for publishing
• •Hashtag and audience analytics when available through the API

We use the collected information strictly to operate, maintain, and improve SocialFlow. Specifically:

SocialFlow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.

AarMarks Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through a prominent notice within SocialFlow. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
